Service Description
Mother's from all over the Hutt Valley come together each week to support one another in their role as a mother. Sessions are relaxed and the environment is warm, welcoming and friendly. Mother's can expect to enjoy one anothers company, learn from one another, be exposed to a number of guest speakers from local providers and community agencies.
Activities include:
- Field trips
- Explore various career options and pathways
- Look at selfcare
- Health and wellbeing
- Learn new skills (parenting/crafts/gardening/cooking etc)
- Practical hands on workshops (nutrition/exercise)
- Te Ao Māori component (karakia/waiata)
